Rooms

The rooms are priced on the basis of size, furniture, availability of air-conditioner, natural light and location in the building. We provide clean white bed sheets with white pillows with covers, duvet covers and towels. Cheaper rooms do not have television option. Wi-fi works in common areas. Some rooms have marble flooring and some have mosaic and Kota stone flooring. House keeping service is provided in between 9.30 am to 11.30 am on request after providing you clean ready to use room with soap and towels placed in bath room. If you have any issue with cleanliness or TV or Air-condition functioning or mosquito repellent please let us know so that we may request technical help in decent hours when it is still possible to practically call technicians and correct it for your convenience.

House rules prohibit entry of people not registered and staying with us to protect the other staying guests privacy and family members residing in the property and right of admission is strictly reserved and monitored under Serai Act and other legal provisions laid down by government. As a routine outside main gate is usually closed by 11 pm unless informed to usby the staying guest about getting late by phone.

Food and Beverages All the meals served are home cooked and are served in given timings for order starting in morning from 7.30 am to 9.30 am for breakfast, 1-3 pm for Lunch and 7 pm to 9 pm for dinner on advance orders. Food is not served in rooms to avoid smells imbibing in linen and all the rooms are no smoking room but one can smoke on terrace or in balconies.
